Shortcut Keys of Windows 8 (its time to speed up your workflow)

Using Shortcut keys is an integral part of your work if you want to do it fast. like in Ms word if you use shortcut keys (e.g. pressing CTRL+N for opening a file is fast than click on menus to accomplish  this task) it increases your speed of workflow dramatically. Same like in operating system, if you use shortcut keys definitely it increases your speed of work. So today I am going to share with you the shortcut keys of windows 8 (in case of windows8 shortcut keys becomes more handy because of introducing METRO and other features like quick search ) which superbly facilitate you to do your work faster than before. Shortcut Keys:

1- Windows logo key‌ +start typing

by this shortcut key you can search what you want from your PC quickly.

2- Ctrl+plus (+) or Ctrl+minus (-)

Zoom in or out of a large number of items, like apps pinned to the Start screen.

3- Windows logo key‌ +C

Open the charms

4- Windows logo key‌ +F

Open the Search charm to search files

5- Windows logo key‌ +H

6- Windows logo key‌ +O

Lock the screen orientation

7- Windows logo key‌ +space bar

change input language and keyboard layout

8- Windows logo key‌ +Tab

cycle through open apps

9- Windows logo key + print screen

Take screen shot which will save on  C:\Usersuser namePictures

Open the Settings charm

Switch the main app and snapped app

Open the Devices charm

Lock the screen orientation (portrait or landscape)

Open the Search charm to search apps
